Our main goal at AHz Learning Technologies Inc. is to provide engaging, effective, results-oriented, measurable, 'AH' experiences that create empowered, self-directed, lifelong learners.

Participants of an AHz designed session will begin their journey along the road to 'AH's by understanding that to survive and thrive in today's work world, they need to manage their own career development. They learn that the skills they have today may be irrelevant tomorrow, and the skills they'll need tomorrow may not even be imagined today!
We believe that learning does not start in the classroom ~ it starts with the learner's perception of what they will be learning, their beliefs about their ability to learn, and their willingness to learn.
And because a person's beliefs are most often their greatest barrier to learning something new ~ "Is this important to me? Do I need to learn this? Can I learn this? Will it benefit me? Will it be difficult to learn and use?" ~ we incorporate numerous methods for helping participants overcome these barriers ~ from the Needs Assessment stage, through to classroom session and long after the classroom session has ended. By having participants discover and experience, rather than just understand the key learnings, we are experiencing learning gain and retention results that are 300-500 times higher than the industry standard. We think that's pretty 'AH'some -- don't you agree!
We use a variety of delivery methods (classroom, business simulations, e-learning, tutorials and video-based) that address learning style diversity.
