Classroom Workshops

Our workshops are designed using accelerated learning and adult learning principles. This highly interactive design encourages higher-order thinking, problem solving, motivation, self discovery and change.

Participants that attend our sessions do not attend as passive observers; they become involved and ‘experience’ their learning rather than simply ‘understand’ what they are learning. Because all learning, as well as change begins from within, having the opportunity to experience the learning creates participant buy-in and the ability to quickly integrate and apply new learning following any of our workshops.

This 2-day experiential workshop will provide participants with the foundational skills they need as they embark on, or continue their Supervisory, Team Lead or Management journey.

      The Art of Communication

During this 2-day experiential workshop participants will learn and apply open communication skills and techniques.

During this workshop participants will discover:

  How to create an open, encouraging and empowering culture

  How communication breaks down

  Strategies on how to become an effective listener

  Using questions to inspire, encourage and empower

  How to communicate to ensure there is mutual understanding
