While we have developed a number of core programs, we do not believe in delivering 'canned, off-the-shelf' programs to our clients. To ensure return on investment, we believe that it is extremely important to identify what each client group needs and then modify the program to meet those needs.
It is imperative that we understand the current organizational culture, know what the desired outcomes are, and the particular challenges each client faces in achieving those outcomes. As a result, we are able to customize the material, ensuring that we meet (and most-often exceed) our client's desired outcomes.
Whenever possible, AHz learning sessions are built around a theme. Our experience has been that incorporating a theme involves participants in learning with their hearts rather than just there heads ~ a vital component in developing emotional value and as a result, commitment and buy-in to applying the learning. And, brain research indicates that learning and retention is increased when participants are emotionally involved.
The themes for the learning sessions emerge through our customization process. A key metaphor will be identified once we have gained an in-depth knowledge of an organization's culture, processes, vision and mission. All this is done, of course, with your organization's involvement and final approval.
