• Using a variety of music, art, role-plays, case studies, imaging, simulation and high-energy games, engages the heart as well as the mind in the learning process.
• We know that in order for someone to learn something, it's best if they discover it for themselves. The methods used in Accelerated Learning provide for a highly interactive 'guided discovery'. This 'guided discovery' method also helps to create self-directed, life-long learners.
• Accelerated Learning methods help participants to store information in long-term memory, thereby ensuring that they will be able to remember and apply what they have learned following the training.
• It provides participants with the opportunity to get involved in their learning ~ thinking, discussing, and practicing ~ ensuring that they understand not only the how's and the what's, but more importantly, the why's.
• It helps to break through the barriers that many participants have regarding learning something new as it provides a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment. All parts of our training packages (from Participant Guide, handouts, exercises, overheads to Facilitator Guide and activities) address all learning styles, ensuring that all learners have an opportunity to learn in the way they learn best.

Our goal is to ensure that we have participant buy-in for the learning up-front and that their minds and hearts have been captured.  The end result is successful transfer of training from classroom, to both their work and personal lives.
