All of our facilitators and training developers are seasoned in their field with proven track records. They are committed to our mission, vision and values. Some of their qualities include: the ability to effectively identify client needs; to easily learn and interpret new concepts, processes or systems; to write content in an attention-grabbing, easy-to-understand format that engages learners; to facilitate diverse groups, acknowledging and appreciating the differences everyone possesses and to consistently treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
To ensure course integrity of design, delivery quality and that the highest quality product is delivered each and every time, all of our facilitators are audited by the senior Wizards of 'AH's on a regular basis.
