To allow for easy access to materials following any session, or for a way of accessing self-paced learning modules, we have developed a tool we call Learning Central.

This innovative tool is based on a very cost-effective way of accessing and distributing learning modules.

From Learning Central, your employees can link to a Participant Guide (content) for each learning module. From the Participant Guide users can open an on-line workbook for the module, link to additional sources of information (Websites, on-line resources, other learning modules, etc.) and then click on a button that will take them back to Learning Central and the next module.

Our Learning Central is a valuable tool that can even shorten classroom time. It can be used to pre-expose participants to content, work through self-paced modules and research associated information prior to attending classroom sessions. Classroom time can then be spent answering specific questions, having meaningful discussions on how the content applies to their daily work life and applying what they've learned.
